USAGE

icons, headers, bg, etc are all OK as long as my name is displayed somewhere on the same page! (credit in bio or linkclick)
not for commercial use (unless agreed upon before sale) & i cannot draw commercially owned characters
never use any part of my work as an NFT or trade for crypto
i retain ownership of my work for any use (personal use, promotion, examples, etc)
please never edit any part of my work (changing colors, liquify, repainting/redrawing, removing watermark etc) filters on finished works are okay! cropping for icons is fine as well but feel free to ask me to do it so i can add watermarks ♡

no resale (ie. you can't profit off my art) but if you wish to gift to someone else for free that's perfectly fine! however, these rules still apply no matter who paid for the art.

FEES/REFUNDS

if you decide to cancel before payment you're all set
if work has been done on your commission & payment has already been sent when you decide to cancel, 50% will be refunded
if the commission is complete, then it is final sale and there will be no refund
complexity, time consumption, additional characters, and last minute major changes may add on to the final price of the piece

PAYMENT

payment is due after the commission details are settled before i start any work on your commission
payment in full is required before i move on with your commission!
payment is accepted through cashapp (or paypal, but they've instated new fees)
